
Wylie Mayne
Wylie Mayne has extensive experience in a variety of corporate, commercial and finance-related litigation. He has been active in securities transactions litigation, with extensive experience in federal securities matters. These cases have included class actions, private offerings, accountants' liability issues, and broker-dealer matters. He has represented both companies and shareholders in derivative and valuation proceedings.
Wylie is also experienced in general contract, fraud, insurance, antitrust, and commercial litigation. He has represented companies, public entities and individuals in insurance coverage matters under first party, general liability and D&O insurance agreements.
